The location is good and cheap too but has some issues. 1) The Sea facing rooms are bright but the rooms facing other side are dark and lack of ventilation ( We had rooms on both sides hence experienced ) 2) 4 bed room is funny room without a proper layout - If you open the closet , You can access the bathroom ( Slide the curtain inside the wardrobe you can see what is happening in the bathroom ha ha ha) .

Nice hotel on beach road, rooms were a good size, we had a family room with a king size bed and 2 singles with beach and pool views, very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options, restaurant was also open for lunch and dinner, food was great and reasonably priced, with live music of an evening. Easy access to the beach with a family mart next door. a short stroll up the soi to 2nd road and the Central Marina Shopping centre. The pool was a good size with 3 areas, bean bags and pool loungers to laze on.

Stayed for 3N from 9th to 12th Feb. Nice hotel, staff and service efficient and friendly. Location right on beach road at the quieter and classier section of beach road. We had a deluxe seaview room and the only complaint was the room though redesigned looked pretty basic. No chair in the room. No cupboard,no drawer to keep ones wallet, bathroom felt super tiny. No mirror in the room either. Balcony was too small and more for a single smoker to stand and have a quick smoke. The AC compressor unit makes to much of noise to even keep the balcony door open. Food was great and definitely worth revisiting inside of the room issues.

While the room was generally tidy and spacious, everything else about this hotel wreaked of a run down 1940's apartment block in NYC. We booked and paid the premium price for a "Grand Deluxe Sea view" room, but we're soon dissapointed to discover that on level 3, the panorama was blocked entirely by palm trees. Mai pen rai... fronting beach road and directly on top of the resorts restaurant, we were instead blessed with the subtle, soothing sounds of traffic and the resorts dining guests in direct earshot of our window. This accompanied by the loud band that played on late each night. Each day also welcomed the sounds of crashing bottles and glassware, as the crates were transferred to and from the storeroom in the corridor adjacent our room. I also loved being whisked away to those memories of childhood days, with the ringing of an extension bell in the corridor, each time the front desk attempted to call one of the rooms. Let's not forget the 500 baht deposit for the second card key to the room and the blood stained bed linen. It's the little things like this that made the stay so memorable.
